Can I leave the product in the boutique when ordering self-pickup, if I do not like it?
So, when ordering a product for fitting in the store of our network, you can make a professional fitting with the help of a stylist-consultant. If something doesn't suit you, you leave the products in the store. We will also be happy to deliver you several products to choose from!

What is the warranty on the product?
Warranty on all products 2 years. Complaints about ZARINA Jewelry House products are very rare. But in any case, in the boutique of the retail chain of Jewelry House ZARINA you will receive your product, both for service (cleaning, polishing) and for complaints. Production defects and hidden manufacturing defects of products are considered as a warranty case.
Is it safe to send by Nova Poshta?
The products we ship by Nova Poshta are insured for the full amount, so shipping is safe and carries no risks. Upon receipt of the product at Nova Poshta, you can always inspect it in the presence of a representative of the carrier, regardless of the form of payment or other factors.
How to pay with a certificate?
